Metropolitan House has a premium 3 bedroom appartment recently renovated located just 300m from the Insead Campus and 400m from the city center, with its bars and restaurants. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the flat is ideal for 3 students from late August to December or from January to July.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a comfortable living room with an open kitchen, and big dining table. One bedroom (Lisbon) is also on the first floor.
The 2 other bedrooms are on the first floor. You have 2 toilets (one on each floor).

Designed and organized with Insead’s student needs in mind, the rent is a fully inclusive arrangement, where every possible utility requirements are taken care of within the package :
